There's no place like a Medical Home
Welcome to the GHC Peds Medical Home website where we hope to provide your family with a wealth of information to help you care for your child. The goal of our pediatric Medical Home is to provide care that is accessible, continuous, comprehensive, family-centered, coordinated, compassionate and culturally effective. Our care team, your Medical Home, is a central resource for all of your child’s medical care needs. A Medical Home is not a destination, but rather a journey with collaboration among family, community and health care providers.
